WorkStats is a browser based database application that assist organizations who process tickets. In addition to providing the normal core functions of a ticket application, WorkStats is designed to help organizations maintain or improve their reputation and performance.

Some of the many features included in WorkStats are:

Uses automated emails to communicate with service recipients and other appropriate parties on a timely basis. You have complete control over the issuance of an email which is based on a combination of ticket status changes and complaints, problems, responses, or task selected. You can email the service recipient when a ticket is opened, closed, and perhaps if a repair is delayed because you are waiting on a part. You can also email team A in your organization when complaint A is selected and team B when complaint B is selected. This feature frees staff from being tied up on phones explaining the status of open tickets to service recipients and keeps appropriate parties aware of items they are responsible for or interested in.
Web based surveys created by your organization allows service recipients to evaluate the performance of your organization and the field technician assigned to the ticket. In addition to providing valuable information for performance reviews, you can easily see which field technician has the most experience with a complaint or problem. Also the system prepares reports compiling this data and computes the average evaluation per evaluation item per complaint, problem, response, or task over time so you easily pinpoint the areas needing improvement.
More than 150 predefined statistical reports and graphs can be prepared with minimal work from your staff
  • More than 60 different trend analysis reports.
  • All reports can be displayed on the screen, sent to the printer, converted to an Excel spreadsheet, converted to a PDF document, or converted to a html file. This means that your response times or the average of your customer evaluations can be displayed on your web page for your customers to see.

  • Use the setup screen to decide the features to use
    • Features are enabled/disabled by clicking on a check box.
    • Disabled features no longer appear on menus or data entry screens.

  • Use list screens to create predefined list. These list reduce data entry time and improve data integrity by allowing you to select an item (i.e a complaint can be selected from a list of complaints) instead of keying it in. The additional benefit of these list is that it makes it possible to generate statistical trend analysis reports that will provide your organization with a wealth of managerial information. The program allows you to define the following list.
    • Part transaction authorization method.
    • Ticket or work order categories.

    • Ticket or work order priorities.

  • Use the setup screen to configure lookup data.
    • When entering a ticket the service location can be looked up from a
      • customer's record
      • maintenance item's record.
    • When entering a maintenance item, the service location can be looked up from the customer's record.
    • Warranty data can be looked up from the model record.
    • When printing a ticket or work order, you can decide what data to print. For example, you can record complaints on a work order but not have them printed on the work order form.
No client configuration is required. WorkStats is a completely browser based system which is accessible from any computer connected to the internet.
Completely secure. Passwords can be setup and users can be give no, read, or full access to every option in the program.
