CT Software Systems LLC is a software development firm specializing in the design, development, and enhancement of complex database applications that increase an organization's productivity. Formed in 2007 after relocating to the middle Tennessee area, CT Software Systems LLC draws from 13 years of experience owning and operating Western Data Technologies in California's silicon valley. During those years, we worked on a wide range of custom applications for both the private sector and municipalities.

Drawing on our experience, we are developing a suite of affordable products that can be used by organizations of all sizes. Whenever possible, we make the features in our products user definable so that a system administrator can tailor the product to your needs. Our flagship product, WorkStats provides a wealth of managerial information for service organizations that process tickets or work orders. Workstats provides the normal core functions of a work order application. It also provides an extensive series of trend analysis reports to help management know the exact nature of problems being solved and the resources that are being used.
